About the pool project in Santa Maria

This pool was leaking in the area below the edging tiles. By professionally repairing the cracks, sealing and grouting, it was possible to restore the tightness and complement the look with matching mosaic tiles.

Working at the pool:

  • Crack underneath the edging panels cut open, opened with a hammer drill and deepened
  • Stabilized with stainless steel U-connectors and epoxy
  • Crack smoothly filled with concrete, plastered and reinforced with glass fiber fabric
  • Sealing with Implerflex WEBER in two layers
  • Missing mosaic tiles replaced and matching mosaic surfaces added
  • Complete pool cleaned three times (fanned/acidified) to remove old joints as much as possible
  • Basin completely grouted with Kreakoll Escuba
  • Surface finally polished
