About the pool project in Pollença

The pool had a leaking floor drain and cracks in the skimmer area, which is why a comprehensive renovation was necessary.

• The old flexible pipes and both skimmers were completely removed
• A new 63 mm floor drain (pressure pipe) and a 50 mm pipe for nozzles (pressure and suction pipe) were installed
• All pipes were re-laid up to the plant room
• All pipes in the plant room were fitted with their own ball valves for better control and maintenance
• Before final sealing, all pipes were run in test mode for three days to check for leaks and functionality
• After a successful test run, the open areas were set in concrete and the terrace slabs were professionally laid again
