This pool was extensively renovated and extended. Particularly striking are the barrier-free ramp, two new staircases and the removal of the small whirlpool, which freed up additional pool space. The terrace was also completely renovated - with a waterproofing system and large-format 60 × 60 cm tiles, deliberately without classic edging slabs, for a clear and modern look.In this project, we extensively rebuilt the existing pool: including an extension, new built-in parts, a barrier-free ramp and modern mosaic tiling. Working at the pool:

• Dismantling: All mosaic tiles in the pool removed
• Existing nozzles and floor drain uncovered and removed
• Upper small whirlpool closed - pool extended elsewhere instead (see pictures)
• Walls completely sanded
• Slope adjusted and concreted
• Radii additionally concreted to create rounded transitions and facilitate cleaning with the pool robot
• Nozzles, floor drains and lamp pots renewed and set in concrete
• Ramp built for barrier-free access
• Two new staircases installed
• Everything completely sanded
• Priming with Eco-Prim from Mapei
• Glass fibre fabric applied for crack bridging and stabilization
• Sealing with Implerflex WEBER
• Schlüter system installed for additional waterproofing
• Tiling with pool mosaic (Mosavit Kombi 8)
• Grouting with Kreakoll Escuba
• New lighting connected

Work on the terrace:
--> Execution without separate edging slabs

• All existing terrace tiles removed
• Schlüter system for waterproofing installed, including Schlüter Kerdi-Coll-L in the corners for even better waterproofing
• New laying of 60 × 60 cm tiles around the pool - incl. grouting
